Wheat and sugars

These things I am trying to avoid. Wheat because it seems to make me have bad mood swings or even trigger a depressive episode. Sugar because it makes me feel sick. Fake sugar too I want to avoid... Really any gmo food :/

Yesterday I had coffee cake made with GF flour and two Mountain Dews. Around 630-700 I was pretty grumpy, I forced myself out and made potato pancakes (which I make with a little flour) and I was grumpy that night. Alas I have leftovers to eat today :/ and Peanut slept poorly so I want soda. But I'll keep working towards my goal of eliminating it.
