Day 4

Today was all about hurting myself, thighs, hips and fingers

C25k, forgot my vitamins, did stretches


B: chicken, eggs
L: turkey soup
D: meatloaf, potato, broccoli bake, bite of pumpkin pie
S: lots of cheese curds, various spoon tastes, half a can of soda
